Spiced chicken with yoghurt and coriander on brown rice with a warm chickpea salad

Thursday: Family Style Lasagne (R75)

Beef mince layered with spinach pasta, white sauce and cheese with carrots and peas

Friday: Chicken Pie (R75)

Creamy chicken filling, a latticed puff pastry top and veg of the day
